Wash & Care
- Wash separately for the first wash.
- Hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water.
- Use a mild detergent.
- Do not use bleach.
- Do not soak for long periods.
- Air dry in shade.
- Iron on low heat if required.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch Bowkart orders as quickly as possible. Most confirmed orders are dispatched the next working day. Orders confirmed before 11:00 AM may be dispatched the same day, depending on order volume, stock availability, and courier pickup schedules.
Our primary shipping partner is Delhivery. If Delhivery is not serviceable for a particular PIN code, we normally ship through India Post / Speed Post. For urgent deliveries within Kerala, we may also use DTDC Courier, subject to availability.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Kerala: 3–5 working days
- South India: 5–7 working days
- North India: 7–10 working days
- North-East India: 10–13 working days

Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
- Return or exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed with original tags and packaging.
- Customers must ship the return item back to Bowkart at their own cost.
- Sale, final-sale, used, washed, or damaged items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to size and colour availability.
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours with photos or video.
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.
